My stay at Quality Inn Palm Springs Downtown was quite enjoyable overall. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the downtown area, making it easy to explore. The staff was friendly and helpful, which added to the positive experience. However, the breakfast options were a bit limited, and I encountered some noise issues from adjacent rooms during one night. 🌟🌴

Location

The hotel is ideally located just a few blocks from the center of Palm Springs, making it easy to get to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Its proximity to the downtown area was a major plus, although I did notice some homelessness in a nearby open lot, which could be concerning.
Dining

The included breakfast had the basics like cereal and pastries, but I found the selection somewhat lacking. There were only two waffle makers and no eggs available, which was disappointing considering the otherwise good value of my stay.
Facilities

The hotel offered nice amenities like a pool and hot tub, adding to the overall appeal. Free parking was an added benefit, which made things easy. However, I did find that some signage for the room locations could be clearer.

The room was clean but definitely in need of updating. I appreciated the variety of options at the continental breakfast, and the friendly staff added a positive touch to my visit. However, the overall state of the facilities felt a bit worn down. 🌟

However, the rooms are in desperate need of updating, and the overall cleanliness left something to be desired. While I enjoyed the pools, I don't think I'll return due to the state of the accommodations.

I recently spent a few nights at Quality Inn Palm Springs Downtown and enjoyed the hotel's convenient location close to downtown, making it super easy to explore local dining and shopping. The exterior and pool areas were well-kept, and I appreciated the friendly staff who responded quickly to my needs. However, I did experience issues with noise from neighbors and the overall room condition, which left me wanting more in terms of cleanliness and comfort.

I enjoyed the clean rooms and convenient location near downtown, making it easy to access various activities and restaurants. However, there were some drawbacks, such as the lack of sufficient towels and inconsistencies with the WiFi. The breakfast options were surprisingly good, which helped balance out some of the negative aspects of my stay.

Rooms

The room was clean and had useful amenities like a refrigerator and microwave, but it could have used more space for three people and some updating.
